Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77dk ("we", "us", "the Platform", "77dk") governing your access to and use of the 77dk online casino and sports betting platform available at https://77dk.app and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77dk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been opened.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all players on 77dk regardless of game type or bet size. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not create player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 77dk or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must register only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Section 4

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 77dk services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity carried out on your Account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised those actions, unless you have promptly reported a breach of security to 77dk support.
• You must notify 77dk immediately by email if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is used for OTP verification during account creation, password resets and withdrawal authentication.
• 77dk reserves the right to verify account information at any time. Failure to provide accurate information or to pass KYC verification may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

77dk uses SSL encryption across all pages. Login credentials are never transmitted in plain text. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are not accessible to 77dk staff in readable form.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77dk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals through the platform's supported payment channels — bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Section 6

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

77dk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion page states otherwise.

• All bonus funds are credited to your Account in a separate Bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• 77dk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account.
• Bonus funds obtained through abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be forfeited and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games stated in the promotion details. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement.

77dk does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotions are offered at 77dk's sole discretion and may be region-specific, time-limited or subject to minimum deposit thresholds. Section 7

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

By accessing 77dk you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using any software, bot, script, AI tool, or automated system to place bets, bypass security measures, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or creating new Accounts after a previous Account has been suspended, closed or self-excluded.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical malfunctions in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the platform for any financial crime.
• Allowing another person — including a minor — to access or use your Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable under all circumstances.

77dk employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Any pattern of play that suggests collusion, bonus abuse, or artificial manipulation of outcomes will trigger a review. During any review, 77dk may place a temporary hold on the account and associated funds. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all associated balances without recourse.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77dk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and proprietary algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77dk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77dk platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 77dk.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dk excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any technical failure, game error, server outage, or interruption of service beyond 77dk's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind including loss of business, loss of reputation or loss of data.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed error or human error in the publication process.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

77dk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion in the circumstances set out below. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct clause in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 77dk.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• A request by the player to permanently close the account, including via self-exclusion.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 77dk support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after any pending bonus wagering obligations have been resolved.

Section 12

Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of personal data submitted during registration and throughout your use of the 77dk platform is governed by the 77dk Privacy Policy, available at https://77dk.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. 77dk collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, complete KYC verification, process payments and comply with applicable legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties. All personal data is stored and transmitted using SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols.

Amendments to These Terms

77dk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 77dk platform after any amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
